Vitalik proposes gas cap to enhance Ethereum security, stability

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has introduced Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 7983, a significant development aimed at enhancing the Ethereum network’s security, stability, and compatibility with zero-knowledge virtual machines (zkVMs).
