The Technology M&A and Digital Currency & Blockchain teams advised Universal Navigation, Inc. (Uniswap) in its acquisition of NFT marketplace aggregator Genie. Uniswap plans to integrate NFTs into its web app, APIs and widgets to make a comprehensive platform for users and builders in web3.
Uniswap created the Uniswap Protocol which is a decentralized cryptocurrency protocol built upon the Ethereum blockchain.
