Web3 enthusiasts are confident that NFT projects or platforms will continue to thrive, as creators are defining the direction of today’s technology in order to offer new and unique things. Though there have been many talks and speculations regarding NFTs lately and whether these digital assets are still worthy investments, blockchain technology is still undeniably attractive.
One NFT project, in particular, is making waves in the music industry. Infanity is positioning itself to become a pioneering fan-first music community helping artists become independently successful and making fans their partners in driving success.
The first fan-first Web3 platform for hip hop, R&B, and pop music
Infanity, created by music industry veterans, is a platform and marketplace for music NFTs. It enables fans to partner with new up-and-coming artists they discover and allows artists to showcase their work to a new audience. Infanity’s benefits are both for the artists and the fans.
The music industry is broken. Recording artists can’t pay rent. Fans aren’t rewarded for new artists they support. Can’t there be more for all of us? Through Infanity’s platform offering digital collectibles on our marketplace, recording artists get superfans, and fans partner with the artists they support,” says Renata Lowenbraun, the CEO and Co-Founder of Infanity.
This could be a game-changer for the music industry as it would allow artists to monetize their music and gain direct support from fans. The platform offers new ways for fans to buy and experience new music while allowing artists to earn a decent living.
The team expounds, “It is our dream to help make our artists successful, and to have their fans feel a connection and reward unlike anything that exists today“.
The platform is already receiving attention from big names in the music industry. Infanity is supported by multi-platinum selling recording artists and producers, such as Havoc, one-half of the iconic New York-based rap group, Mobb Deep, and Lord Finesse, a legendary New York hip-hop producer, DJ, and recording artist.
A taste of what’s to come
Infanity will be releasing its “Infanity First” NFT on November 25, 2022. The collection will feature the work of it’s first signed hip hop artist, President Davo.
We are proud to support Baltimore based recording artist, President Davo, a gifted street poet with a quirky pop sensibility that appeals to everyone, similar to Tupac Shakur, who came from the same area,” COO and Co-Founder, Big Leek remarked. “President Davo has worked extremely hard over the past eight years on his own, and our goal is to help artists like him.
President Davo is a well known and up-and-coming hip hop artist with over 12.2 million collective views on Youtube. Infanity could pave the way for other artists like him, causing a monumental shift in how music is consumed. Infanity’s business model of utilizing Web3’s technology to better the lives of artists and provide more benefits to loyal fans will undoubtedly have a massive impact on the music industry.
