Popular Twitch streamer Amouranth announced she is helping launch the blockchain-based OnlyFans rival Shush Club. Amouranth is currently listed as a brand advisor. Therefore, she will use her wealth of knowledge in content creation and streaming to support the new adult NFT marketplace.
Shush Club is currently in development. However, it claims to “pioneer a revolutionary infrastructure to support the rapidly growing creator economy.” It offers a blockchain-powered alternative to platforms like OnlyFans and aims to become an easy-to-use adult NFT Marketplace.
Shush Club promises to empower micro as well as macro creators like Amouranth. It will do this by promoting and driving traffic to their page, offering them the opportunity to sell their products and driving advertising opportunities. In addition, Shush Club aims to use blockchain technology to offer instant payouts via the native $SHUSH token and unlimited earning opportunities while protecting creators from chargebacks.
Moreover, while traditional payment processing services can charge an 8 per cent commission, $SHUSH tokens are only subject to gas fees. Furthermore, by using the native token, fans can purchase content without revealing any personal details.
Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa, better known as Amouranth, is the second most popular Twitch streamer with over 5.5 million followers. In addition to being a successful streamer, Amouranth has several other ventures, including stocks, real estate, a pool toy company and more.
Amouranth is one of the biggest creators on OnlyFans, earning an estimated $1.5 million per month. However, she recently announced that she will be retiring from OnlyFans. Instead, she is launching an e-girl agency that helps other female content creators expand their business.
Additionally, Amouranth will be supporting what is set to become OnlyFans’ blockchain alternative, Shush Club. She announced her partnership with Shush Club via Twitter: “So excited to be advising @Shush_club’s development team – this platform is gonna be a TOTAL gamechanger!!” Having such a popular internet celebrity support their venture will undoubtedly help Shush Club’s growth.
Shush Club is the latest in the line of adult content web3 ventures that have hit the blockchain this year. Dolz is a metaverse dedicated to virtual adult content, which includes two NFT collections: iStripper Adult Trading Cards and VR Paradise NFT. Kinkify Girl NFTs are also spicing up the ‘chain and paving the way for a new, adult-focused marketplace.
